Cape Bay Rentals consists of six A-frame cottages on the Gulf of Mexico. Four units are located on the "Pedestrian Beach" (no cars are permitted to drive on the beach in front).
The houses are fully air conditioned. They have approximately 900 square feet and are located on piers with a deck in the front. There is also a balcony on the second floor. Deck chairs are available but may not be used on the beach sand.

Bedrooms

There is a bedroom on the first floor with a double bed. The second floor or loft area is open and has one double and two twin beds.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen includes stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and basic utensils, cleaning products and dishes. All units have a color T.V. and grills.

Items not furnished include linens, towels, paper supplies, clocks, radios, or beach chairs. Linens are available at extra cost.
